As a way of showing appreciating to our loyal and wonderful past customers, any of you who have purchased cables directly from us, may trade them toward an upgraded model and receive 100% of the price you paid for your existing/current cable.

For example, if you currently have a Polestar 3FT USB cable, and would like to trade up to an Axis, Nucleus, or Cynosure, you will receive $249 off the new cable in exchange for your existing cable.

There are a few disclaimers and exceptions (we really don't want any cables that are cut in half, or eaten by cats, ha!), so e-mail us for more details if this new program is of interest to you.

This policy also applies to all new cable purchases as well, if you start off with a Polestar, and want to upgrade through the line as your system warrants it, there is now a clear upgrade path designed so you won't lose a penny when upgrading!
